Share One Extra Sentence About Yourself
You’re busy, stressed out and the pile of work seems never-ending. Now you have to build relationships on top of that? Make it easy: add one extra sentence about yourself during a regular conversation. When someone asks how you are, say “Great. I had a fantastic run this morning and beat my usual time.” That one sentence opens up a personal side, making you human and inviting a quick connection.
