Aim To Connect Rather Than Impress
Don’t aim to impress—aim to connect. Clarity, conviction and presence beat polish every time. Anchor your message in conviction and what you genuinely believe, not what sounds good or “perfect.” Rehearse out loud until your story feels lived, not memorized. Great interviews aren’t polished performances—they’re real conversations that resonate because they’re grounded in truth.
