Have Everyone Create Their Own ‘User Manual’
Have each team member share a “user manual” and invite new members to create their own. A neurodivergent team member should get the message that everyone on the team is unique and who they are is accommodated. Everyone belongs. To create a user manual, write down your thinking and communicating preferences, personal strengths and values and any potential misunderstandings about your style.
