[Zug, 6 November 2020] — Lisa Christen, CEO of Christen Coaching & Consulting GmbH, has been invited to speak at the Association for Talent Development’s ATD 2021 International Conference & Exposition, to be held August 29 – September 1, 2021 in Los Angeles, CA, USA.The Association for Talent Development (ATD) is a professional membership organization supporting those who develop the knowledge and skills of employees around the world. They support the talent development profession by providing trusted content in the form of research, books, webcasts, events, and education programs. They also host a variety of conferences several times a year, including the premier international gathering for talent development practitioners.
The theme for ATD 2021 International Conference & Exposition is: It Starts with Us. The conference will be designed differently in response to the global pandemic, with three options to attend: ATD21 HQ, the in-person conference experience; ATD21 Regional Events fulfilled regionally with chapters and partners around the world, and ATD21 @HOME from your computer anywhere in the world.
Christen will be speaking on the topic “Emotional Articulation: How To Supercharge Your Emotional Intelligence”.
Each speaker proposal went through a comprehensive review, evaluation, and vetting process led by members of the International Conference & Exposition Program Advisory Committee who have significant experience across all areas of the field. The proposals that were selected reflect the conference objectives while providing a balance of topics, issues, industry representation, and expertise to meet our attendees’ learning needs and expectations on session content.
