Shari is passionate about helping people to do the best work of their lives! She focuses on maximizing individual potential on both a personal and professional level. 

Shari has over 15 years’ HR experience in professional coaching, operational and strategic planning, training and development, performance management, recruitment and employer branding, working for international companies such as Swarovski and Michael Page.

Shari earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertisement from the University IULM, Milan in 2007, completed her International Master Degree in Human Resources Management at the EADA Business School, Barcelona in 2009 and the prestigious industry CTI® Co-Active® Coach diploma at the Coaches Training Institute in 2015. Shari is also trained in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™ ).

Shari lives in Zurich, Switzerland with her husband and young family.
