Lisa Christen co-founded Christen Coaching & Consulting and now focuses her personal practice on advisory work with CEOs and senior leadership teams — for the situations where complexity is highest and getting it wrong is not an option. Day-to-day delivery of the firm's leadership development programmes is led by our team of specialist coaches and facilitators across Switzerland and Europe.
Lisa is a Forbes Coaches Council Fellow and a Professional Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate. She has been named among Spear's Best Life & Performance Coaches 2026 and has spoken at World Economic Forum events in Davos.
Her work has been featured in Forbes, CNN Money, and Thrive Global. She speaks at CEO forums and leadership conferences globally, including around events such as World Economic Forum.
Before coaching, Lisa held roles at Sony, AIG, and the US Department of Defense. She holds an MBA and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Originally from New York, Lisa now calls Zurich, Switzerland home.
