Jeanine is a Coach & Consultant who specializes in building teams, developing leadership skills, and facilitating change in corporate cultures. She has over 15 years of experience in Tech, FMCG, and Hospitality.  

With her background as a Sales Executive and HR Leader at Google, Jeanine combines business acumen with the human side - being an effective sparring partner for leaders and teams. 

In addition to her studies in Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen, as well as a Project Management Certificate from Stanford University, Jeanine continued her education in Leadership and Positive Psychology. She is also a Certified Professional Coach (CPCC) and an Organizational & Relationships Systems Practitioner (ORSC). 

Jeanine is Swiss-Dominican, spent some time abroad in Dublin, and is currently living with her husband and two kids in Zurich, where she grew up. She is passionate about sustainable businesses, behavioral psychology, following innovations, traveling, and Swiss chocolate.
